Both the loading and unloading of bales is fully automated. Special arms equipped with rollers rotate the bale.
The Metal-Fach Z629 SATI Bale Wrapper allows the effective wrapping of bales with a diameter from 1200 mm to 1500 mm.
The Metal-Fach Z629 SATI Bale Wrapper is controlled with a panel, giving the user full control over the entire bale wrapping process. The control unit has a user-friendly interface.
The Bale Wrapper is equipped with a 750 mm film feeder.
The film cutter operates automatically when the bale wrapping is finished.
An additional option is the possibility of upgrading the wrapper with a hydraulic bale tipper. It allows bales to be stacked on their bottoms, which ensures that the bale does not roll after it has been unloaded.
