The Baler feed unit is equipped with a reel-and-tine four-beam pick-up with mechanical adjustment of the working height. It features 10 settings that make it possible to fine-tune it to your specific needs.
Standard equipment includes a roller windrow clamp that improves the transfer of material through the pick-up into the rotor.
The Baler is equipped with four seamless baling chamber belts. The Z514 allows you to accurately form bales of 0.9 to 1.6 m in size. The machine has an independent hydraulic system to control the bale density. The Z514 baling chamber is fitted with a belt drive back-up system.
The Baler is equipped with a highly efficient rotor with double protection, which effectively prevents clogging. In case of minor clogging, the unit is protected by an automatic and flexible floor tilting system. Then, when the feed unit is completely blocked, you have the possibility to lower the floor by means of hydraulic cylinders. The collecting and feeding system used in our Baler significantly improves the performance of the machine and the comfort of use.
